What is Angels Tea all about?
AngelsTea.com is really about promoting the development of health through a fresh, modern, and appealing image. Angels Tea is a movement to expose the world to the delights and benefits of loose leaf teas. Fresh high quality loose leaf tea has typically been associated with older generations and upper class royalty. Here at AngelsTea.com we think high quality deliciously blended loose leaf tea is great for everyone and should be known by more growing generations and people with active lifestyles who may not think of tea as their first choice in a healthy refreshing drink.

How did Angels Tea get started?
To give you a little background and insight to how the concept for Angels Tea came to be we jump to ancient China. The founder of Angels Tea recounts his thought- “I was sipping on some warm tea after a hard workout in Beijing. The tea was so relaxing and soothing as I drank this herb infused loose leaf tea. I thought about it for a second and realized – even though tea is gaining popularity back in the United States, the teas we know and drink are primarily sweetened, chilled, bottled beverages. A lot of these drinks are tasty and good, but there still seems to be a perception that loose leaf teas- the kind where you sit down and boil water and steep teas is a thing for your grandparents’ generation. At the very least, it’s not the first image you think of when you imagine a youthful, chic, party atmosphere. I wanted to change this perception and create a movement to promote healthy and delicious loose leaf tea in a young fresh light.”

Angels Tea comes in silk tea sachets, which is the highest quality material for tea bags, so that you can drop it in your water and enjoy a delicious healthy cup of tea. Our selection of teas taste wonderful without needing to add any sweeteners or additional ingredients. Typically the tea is served warm, but you can enjoy cold or warm!

How can I save on shipping costs?
We offer a flat rate of $8 for shipping so order as much as you want and still pay the exact same amount. This means you can order anywhere in the US and order as many tea tins or chocolate truffles and you still pay the same amount for shipping. When you combine and order multiple items at one time you save on shipping.

Do you ship internationally? Do you ship outside of the United States?
We ship within the United States and internationally. However additional shipping rates apply for international orders.

What is your return policy? How do you handle exchanges?
Because we strive for customer satisfaction and to offer you a quality product, returns on any damaged items or wrongly shipped product are guaranteed for 60 days. You must immediately contact us if there are any problems. After 60 days we can not offer a return or exchange.

For shipping – Unless the item shipped to you was a wrong item due to our shipping error, all return shipping will be handled by the buyer. We do not have any restocking or processing fees of any nature, however the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

All of our teas are kept fresh so once they are shipped out we can not accept them as an exchange because we would have to throw out the returned item to guarantee freshness. Hope you understand. You wouldn’t want to be drinking un-fresh tea either.

Where do I send the return or exchange item and how do I handle shipping?
We have a few shipping locations. Unless otherwise specified by a customer support representative of Angels Tea, please send all returns and exchanges to 1005 E Las Tunas Dr. #307, San Gabriel, Ca 91776 – Addressed to Angels Tea Co.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal payments.

How do I pay with Credit Card?
I don’t see where it allows me to pay with credit card.
Click the “Continue” link on the payment page. You do not have to log in to paypal.

Forgot your PayPal Password?

How secure is this store?

Why is my order taking so long?
Thank you for your patience. Your order should be received promptly according to our shipping policy and your location.

However, if you requested a product that is in high demand it will take longer. If for any reason you are concerned about your order and have not received anything within 5-7 business days feel free to email our helpful staff at info@angelstea.com and we will be happy to have someone follow up on the status of your order.
